What to Expect as a Road 2 Damascus Driver:

$850/week β 1099 contractor pay (Non-CDL Pay Only)
β
Owner Operator Contract Pay is based on an 80/20 split + Upfront Insurance Downpayment for Premum
β
Opportunity to grow with the company and increase pay over time
β
Clean, dependable 2025 26ft box trucks
β
Fuel & tolls covered
β
Supportive, faith-based dispatch team
